- Process integration/ device/ yield improvement in technology development and transferred product projects.
- Analyze the yield at engineering sample stage and characterize the performances and manufacturing yield window of NPI products including
bench correlation to meet product cost targets.
- Data mining and statistical data analysis of wafer sorting and final testing parametric to support initial product evaluation.
- Trace probe yield, final test yield, and Etest/ WAT. Identify and continuously drive yield and quality improvement activities.
- Collaborate effectively with internal business product & testing team, technology team, testing house team, and foundry management teams
to improve product quality and yield. It includes improvement in technical process/ device, testing, and logistic operations.
- Assist the test engineering team in resolving issues related to the test procedures.
- Collaborate with external foundry teams to identify/ eliminate defect sources, create/ execute DOE (Design of Experiments), and extract/
analyze results. Come out and implement quality and yield CIP (Continuous Improvement Project).
- Self-directed, capable of managing complex projects, working individually and collaborating with other technologists to achieve objectives.
