1. Define IQC and OQC inspection specification.
2. Train and certificate QC for IQC & OQC inspection.
3. Handle customer complain, internal process issue, and incoming material issue. Coordinate with related departments including NPI/ PE/ EE/ MFG to find out root cause and implement CAPA.
4. Handle customer special requirements.
5. Conduct reliability test and failure analysis.
6. Handle customer audit, internal audit, and ISO audit including 16949, 9001, 14001.
7. Review engineering change with related departments.
8. Co-work with NPI/ PE team to qualify new product. Review the documents including SOP, control plan, PFMEA, etc. for production release.
