1.負責工業設計ODM/OEM相關工作，並能獨立掌握專案進度。
2.與設計團隊共同完成構想發展，並協助設計主管確保提案品質。
3.熟悉產品設計開發流程，參與設計研究、設計提案、3D模擬至量產等任務。
4.優異的繪圖軟體操作能力：2D(illustrator、photoshop)、3D(pro/e、blender、keyshot)。
5.熟悉各種表面處理工藝製程，並與供應商共同合作開發新質材等CMF相關之能力。
6.具消費型電子產品等相關經驗者尤佳(行動裝置/電競產品/網通家電/穿戴電子...等)。
7.能配合專案需求國外出差，與客戶進行討論協助流程執行順暢。
8.具留學及交換學生經驗者優先
9.精通 AI 相關設計與創作工具，能運用 AI 輔助進行設計發想、視覺生成、概念驗證與設計效率提升。
1.Responsible for industrial design work related to ODM/OEM projects, with the ability
to independently manage project schedules, quality, and deliverables.
2.Collaborate with the design team on concept development and support design
managers in ensuring proposal quality and completeness.
3.Familiar with the full product development process, participating in design research,
concept proposals, 3D modeling and simulation, and supporting mass production
implementation.
4.Strong proficiency in design tools:
2D: Illustrator, Photoshop
3D: Pro/ENGINEER (Creo), Blender, KeyShot
5.Solid knowledge of surface finishing processes and manufacturing techniques, with
experience collaborating with suppliers on new materials and CMF development.
6.Experience in consumer electronics design is a plus (e.g., mobile devices, gaming
products, networking/home appliances, wearable devices).
7.Willing to travel overseas as required by projects, working closely with clients to
ensure smooth execution of design workflows.
8.Overseas study or exchange program experience is preferred.
9.Highly proficient in AI-driven design tools, leveraging AI for ideation, visual
generation, concept validation, and overall design efficiency enhancement.
